Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date. Unused bag allowances expire at the end of each period and do not roll over.

We're based in Arlington Heights and run daily routes through the towns below. Don't see yours? Ask — we take on select accounts outside our regular routes.
Core routes: Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Rolling Meadows, Palatine, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, Des Plaines, Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg.
Also serving: Hoffman Estates, Barrington, Inverness, Streamwood, Hanover Park, Roselle, Itasca, Wood Dale, Bensenville, Park Ridge, Niles, Glenview, Northbrook, Deerfield.
Farther out — by request: Naperville and other Chicagoland communities. Reach out about ongoing or larger accounts outside our core routes.

The Fresh Freak Promise
If something about the wash or the fold isn't right, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll rewash the affected eligible items at no charge.
Laundry for businesses
Short-term-rental hosts, salons and spas, gyms, massage studios and small hotels have different volumes and schedules than a household. Tell us what you need and we'll send a custom quote with a recurring route that fits.
Typical setups: linen turnover between guests, daily towel pickups, weekly bulk loads. Quotes are usually back within one business day.

Your profile, plan, pickup details and receipts live in your account. Update your card, change plans or cancel any time. No password to remember.
